Karoliina Lempiäinen
Karoliina advises clients on mergers and acquisitions as well as general corporate, commercial, and contract law. Karoliina joined the firm as an associate trainee and was appointed as an associate lawyer upon her graduation in 2023.
In addition to her law degree, Karoliina studies business law at Turku School of Economics. She spent one semester in Tokyo studying international business at Rikkyo University.
