Olli Mäkelä
Olli practises in the Dispute Resolution Group. He represents clients in commercial disputes in litigation and arbitration proceedings. Olli has experience of disputes relating especially to the banking and real estate sectors, international trade, energy, construction, and M&A. In addition, Olli advises clients on insolvency law and is regularly involved with various enforcement measures, having particular experience with preliminary injunctions before state courts.
In addition to his experience at Hannes Snellman, Olli has trained on the bench at the District Court of Helsinki and worked with real estate transactions at another major law firm.
