Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to LähiTapiola Yhteiskuntakiinteistöt Suomi Ky in the acquisition and financing of the Kirkkonummi Health and Social Services Centre from the Municipality of Kirkkonummi. The deal value is EUR 63.5 million.

This was the final investment of LähiTapiola Yhteiskuntakiinteistöt Suomi Ky which is now fully invested.
