Hannes Snellman Counsel to YIT in the Sale of Its Fleet and Equipment Business and Related Arrangements

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to YIT in the sale of its fleet and equipment business whereby the shares in YIT Kalusto Oy (the group’s internal fleet and equipment company) are sold to Renta, and YIT and Renta enter into a long-term cooperation agreement concerning the supply of fleet and equipment services in Finland.

The transaction also includes the sale of YIT Kalusto Oy’s property in Urjala.
