Hannes Snellman Counsel to Matkahuolto in the Acquisition of a Parcel Locker Network from Smartmile

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Matkahuolto in the acquisition of Smartmile’s entire network of 148 parcel lockers in Finland. The parcel lockers are located in prime locations. Matkahuolto will be using Smartmile software to operate the parcel lockers, and the parties have agreed on a long-term cooperation in connection with the transaction.
