Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to the offeror consortium of Accel-KKR, Long Path Partners, and Briarwood Chase Management in the tender offer for all outstanding securities in Basware Corporation, a Finnish global provider of cloud-based networked procure-to-pay solutions to enterprises of all sizes. The offer values Basware’s total equity at approximately EUR 620 million.
