Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to LähiTapiola Yhteiskuntakiinteistöt Suomi Ky in the acquisition of the Lahti Health and Social Services Centre. The deal value is approximately EUR 100 million, and the deal is conditional upon the approval of the City of Lahti.
