Hannes Snellman Counsel to Trelleborg in the Acquisition of BP-Tech Group

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Trelleborg in the acquisition of a Finnish pipe repair specialist BP-Tech Group, including Boldan and Spraypoxy, in Finland and Sweden.

BP-Tech Group is an innovation leader for trenchless pipe repair, including liners, resins, and specialist equipment, and the acquisition is part of Trelleborg's strategy to grow in the expanding water and sewage infrastructure market.
