Hannes Snellman Counsel to Sibanye-Stillwater in Its GDPR Project

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Sibanye-Stillwater, a multinational mining and metal group, in its GDPR project. Sibanye-Stillwater has diversified its portfolio with significant European acquisitions of interest in green metal projects and operations. We assisted Sibanye-Stillwater’s European operations with their GDPR implementation project, including drafting and implementing governance framework, privacy policies and processes, global transfers, and GDPR trainings.
