Hannes Snellman Counsel to Pankaboard Oyj in the Outsourcing of Steam Production to Adven Oy

Infrastructure fund-backed energy group Adven has acquired the 33MW renewables fuelled steam plant used to power Pankaboard’s packaging product facility in Lieksa, Finland. Pankaboard and Adven have simultaneously entered into a long term steam supply agreement under which Adven will deliver the steam required to operate the Pankaboard mill.
