Hannes Snellman Counsel to NYAB AB in Its Acquisition of Dovre Group Plc’s Norwegian Consulting Business and Global Project Personnel Business

Hannes Snellman acted as Finnish legal counsel to NYAB AB in connection with its acquisition of Dovre Group Plc’s Norwegian consulting business and global project personnel business. The acquisition strengthens NYAB’s position as a leading player providing engineering, construction, and maintenance services in infrastructure and energy and provides a platform for further expansion into new geographies both within and outside the Nordics in line with NYAB’s growth strategy. The closing of the acquisition is expected to take place at the beginning of 2025.
