Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to LähiTapiola Yhteiskuntakiinteistöt Suomi Ky in the acquisition of Espoo Hospital. The deal value is approximately EUR 300 million, and the deal is conditional upon the approval of the transaction by the Board of the City of Espoo.
