Hannes Snellman Counsel to Eltel in the Divestment of its Aviation & Security Business to LFV

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Eltel, a northern European provider of technical services for power and communication networks, in the divestment of its Aviation & Security business to LFV, the state-owned provider of air navigation services and related services both in Sweden and abroad.

In 2019, Eltel’s Aviation & Security business area had about 200 employees and sales of about EUR 30 million.
