Hannes Snellman Counsel to CapMan in the Development of Residential Buildings

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to CapMan Real Estate in the development of two residential buildings to be constructed by the Finnish construction company Hartela. 

The CapMan Nordic Real Estate III Fund’s investment in sustainable living by building two LEED Gold level certified, energy class A, residential apartment buildings in the Pukkila neighbourhood of Turku, Finland will be CapMan Real Estate’s first development project aligned with the EU Taxonomy.
