Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Alfaroc Logistics and Superion in the divestment of a logistics property development comprising a 38,000 sqm logistics warehouse in the Helsinki Capital Region in Tuusula. Alfaroc will lease the logistics warehouse to be constructed by Superion from Logicenters.
