Sanna Honkinen

Sanna co-heads our firm’s Employment Practice. She is an experienced employment law practitioner with core expertise in planning and implementing complex redundancy procedures and reorganisations as well as change negotiations. She provides employment law advice in all types of M&A transactions and has led many global restructuring and reorganisation projects successfully. She regularly advises clients in general employment matters, employment and executive-level agreements, incentive and retention arrangements, outsourcings, and terminations of employment. She is also experienced in questions concerning employee involvement in European Companies.

Sanna is ranked among the leading Finnish legal experts in the field of employment by all major directories.

In addition to her legal degree, Sanna holds a Master of Social Sciences degree in communication studies from the University of Helsinki.

Prior to joining Hannes Snellman, Sanna worked at another major law firm in Finland.
