Emma advises clients on all types of financial arrangements with a particular focus on bank lending as well as real estate and acquisition financing. She also provides advice on questions related to general corporate, contract, and commercial law.
Emma joined Hannes Snellman as a trainee in September 2023 and was appointed as an associate in March 2024. During her studies at the University of Helsinki, Emma also spent a semester at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos in Madrid, Spain.
