Peter Forsberg heads Hannes Snellman’s Swedish Competition practice and has solid experience of domestic and international merger control, competition law disputes, and compliance work. Mikko Huimala has extensive experience in competition law matters, and he advises Finnish and international companies on all aspects of competition law, including merger control, compliance, proceedings before the competition authorities and courts, and state aid. Mikael Wahlbeck heads Hannes Snellman’s Finnish Competition practice and advises clients on all aspects of competition and EU law. Toni Malminen advises clients on competition and public procurement law.
