Hannes Snellman Counsel to UrbanLight in the Acquisition of a Light Industrial Property

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Alma Property Partners and Alea Partners in the acquisition of their first light industrial property in the Helsinki metropolitan area through a newly established joint venture called UrbanLight.

UrbanLight invests in logistics, last mile and light industrial properties located in key locations in the Helsinki metropolitan area. The company acquired its first property located at Högbergintie 4 in the logistics area of Jussla in Tuusula. The area, located near the Helsinki airport, has been developing into a strong logistics location for many years as older light industrial buildings have been converted into modern light industrial and logistics properties. The property has approximately 2,500 sqm of lettable area and is situated on a vast plot spanning 30,000 sqm. The property is fully leased to BIMU Oy, a company specializing in environmental services.
