Hannes Snellman Counsel to the Logent Group on SEK 900 Million Senior Secured Notes and the Entry Into of a Super Senior RCF

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to the Logent Group and Stirling Square Capital Partners (Advisers) LLP in connection with the issuance of SEK 900 million senior secured notes and the entry into of a super senior RCF. The relevant issuing entity will apply for listing of the notes on Nasdaq Stockholm.
