Hannes Snellman Counsel to Tampereen Asunnot Ky in the Sale of a Residential Portfolio

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Tampereen Asunnot Ky, a joint-venture between LähiTapiola, OP and Ilmarinen, in the sale of a residential portfolio located in Tampere to Elo Mutual Pension Insurance Company. One of the properties located in Ranta-Tampella is already completed whereas the other two will be completed during 2022. 

The properties have a leasable area of approximately 6,900 sqm comprising 186 apartments and three business premises.
