Hannes Snellman Counsel to Riflex in its Divestment of Two Properties Located in Knivsta to Genova Property Group

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Riflex in its divestment of the properties Gredelby 7:89 and Särsta 3: 398 located in Knivsta to Genova Property Group for an underlying property value of SEK 246 million. The closing of the transaction is expected to take place in December 2020.

Riflex builds, owns, and manages properties. The Riflex Group has a property portfolio of 90,000m², and its business includes several subsidiaries in related industries.
