Hannes Snellman Counsel to Mandatum Asset Management in the Financing of the Construction of NREP's Noli Studios

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Mandatum Asset Management Ltd in arranging a senior secured financing for the acquisition of land and for the construction of NREP’s Noli Studios in Otaniemi, Espoo.

Noli Studios Otaniemi will be one of the largest in Finland, offering living solutions through more than 400 studios. Construction will commence in the summer of 2022 with a planned opening in early 2024.
