Hannes Snellman Counsel to Kemppi Group Oy in the Placing of 3.4 Million Shares in Kempower Corporation

Hannes Snellman acted as legal counsel to Kemppi Group Oy, the majority owner of Kempower Corporation, in the placing of 3.4 million shares in Kempower Corporation, a rapidly growing EV charging solutions provider with a market capitalisation of EUR 1.62 billion, listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market. The placing was executed by way of an accelerated bookbuild process to Finnish and international institutional investors at a total value of EUR 102 million.
