Hannes Snellman Counsel to If Livförsäkring AB in Acquisition of Life Insurance Portfolio from Mandatum

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to If Livförsäkring AB in the acquisition of a life insurance portfolio from Mandatum. In the transaction, Mandatum Life will transfer to If Livförsäkring AB’s branch in Finland such life insurance contracts that have been sold by If P&C Insurance Ltd’s branch in Finland, as well as insurance plans managed by If P&C Insurance. As a part of the transaction, the parties have also signed a letter of intent regarding the transfer of an employee group life insurance portfolio to If Livförsäkring AB’s branch in Finland. The completion of the transaction is subject to authority approvals.
