Hannes Snellman Counsel to Elementis plc in the Proposed Acquisition of Mondo Minerals B.V.

Hannes Snellman acted as the Finnish counsel to Elementis plc, a global specialty chemicals company, in its proposed acquisition of Mondo Minerals B.V. ( "Mondo"), a leading integrated producer of industrial talc additives. The acquisition values Mondo at an enterprise value of USD 600 million on a cash free, debt free basis. Mondo has high grade talc mines and plants in Finland, and production facilities in the Netherlands.
