Hannes Snellman Recruits Experienced Real Estate Expert Tuomas Koivuniemi as Counsel

Hannes Snellman strengthens its growing Real Assets Practice by recruiting experienced real estate lawyer Tuomas Koivuniemi as counsel.

Tuomas Koivuniemi has several years of experience working with real estate transactions and other real estate matters. Tuomas specialises in real estate transactions and property development and advises clients on company law as well as legal issues related to construction.

Prior to joining Hannes Snellman, Tuomas worked as a leading legal counsel in one of the biggest real estate asset management companies in Finland. He also has experience working in a large private practice and as a manager in a Big Four firm.
