Hannes Snellman is further strengthening its Private Equity and M&A team by recruiting experienced private equity and M&A lawyer Erik Stenman as a specialist partner.

Erik has more than 10 years of experience in advising Finnish and international private equity and industrial clients in mergers & acquisitions and general corporate law. Prior to joining Hannes Snellman, Erik worked for another top-tier law firm in Helsinki for several years and also gained experience in a premier U.S. law firm in New York.
