Hannes Snellman Recruits Experienced Energy Transactions Expert Elisa Panula as Senior Associate

Hannes Snellman has further strengthened its Energy Transactions Practice by recruiting experienced lawyer Elisa Panula as a senior associate. Elisa specialises in energy transactions and development projects.

Elisa Panula has several years of experience of transactions with a special focus on energy and real estate. She is also experienced in joint ventures and advises clients in general corporate and contract law matters.

Prior to joining Hannes Snellman, Elisa worked for another Nordic law firm. Before that, she worked at other law firms and major accounting/consulting firms focusing on real estate and energy related transactions. Elisa is also trained at the bench.
