Experienced EU and Competition Law Expert Päivi Tammilehto Joins Hannes Snellman

Päivi Tammilehto, an experienced EU and competition law expert, has joined Hannes Snellman’s competition team as counsel. Päivi advises clients in all areas of competition law, regulatory reviews, and public procurement. Her practice focuses especially on antitrust, merger control, and state aid matters. Over the years, she has gained vast experience in a variety of sectors, including transport, construction, retail, gambling, agriculture, media, and postal services.

Prior to joining Hannes Snellman, Päivi worked in an international law firm for several years. She also worked with the Finnish Competition Authority for fifteen years, which provided her an in-depth understanding of the practical aspects of the enforcement of Finnish competition law both in behavioural matters and in merger control.
