Panoramic: State Aid by Lexology: Sweden

Partner Peter Forsberg, Managing Associate Philip Thorell and Associate Lars Lundgren have contributed to writing the Swedish chapter of the recently published "Panoramic: State Aid 2024” by Lexology. The chapter explores the application of the EU rules on state aid in Sweden, including topics such as private enforcement and the implementation of recovery orders.
