Markus Manninen and Minja Jantunen's Article in Sports Law & Taxation

Partner Markus Manninen and Associate Minja Jantunen from our Dispute Resolution Practice contributed to the December 2020 issue of Sports Law & Taxation by writing an article entitled “New ethical and disciplinary rules by the Finnish Olympic Committee". In their article, Manninen and Jantunen run through a few recent cases regarding mental abuse of athletes by their coaches and identify some legal issues that are relevant in investigating and adjudicating cases of extensive infringement.
