Heikki Majamaa's Article Published in Defensor Legis

Counsel Heikki Majamaa from our Finance Practice has written an article entitled "Electronic Housing Share Register Entries in Financial Transactions". Heikki advises clients on all types of financing transactions with a particular focus on bank lending, acquisition financing, real estate and project financing, securitisation, structured financing, and issues within the area of property law.
