Anna-Maria Tamminen and Viktor Saavola’s Articles in Kluwer Arbitration

Hannes Snellman’s dispute resolution experts Partner Anna-Maria Tamminen and Senior Associate Viktor Saavola have commented on two Finnish court judgments available on Kluwer Arbitration.

The first relates to a decision of the District Court of Helsinki where the court ordered the confiscation of Russian assets in Finland in favour of the national joint stock company Naftogaz of Ukraine and its affiliates in connection with the enforcement of an arbitral award.

The second case relates to the Finnish Supreme Court evaluating the enforceability of an arbitration clause in an employment contract between a football coach and an athletic club.
