Sanctions, Compliance and Lessons Learned | Seminar 23.4.2024

Welcome to our breakfast seminar regarding “Sanctions, compliance and lessons learned” on Tuesday 23 April 2024 at 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. at Hannes Snellman's office in Helsinki (Eteläesplanadi 20). Breakfast will be served at 8:30. There is also a possibility to participate remotely.

Our experts Ricardo Gomes, Minna Mäenpää, Maija Päivinen and Anna-Maria Tamminen will update you on the latest sanctions and share their experiences from sanctions related exits, proceedings as well as related compliance issues. Our experts have been involved in advising on Russian exits, the implications of sanctions on commercial disputes, investment treaty questions as well as criminal proceedings based on rationing offenses.
