Matti Lajunen at Finnish Data Center Association’s Future Data Summit

Partner and Head of Real Estate Matti Lajunen from Hannes Snellman’s Real Assets Team will be moderating a panel discussion at Future Data Summit, an event organised by the Finnish Data Center Association, on 16 October 2024. The topic of the green AI growth panel discussion is ‘How to avoid pitfalls in a boom market – lessons learned from Ireland’.

In the past years, Matti has advised multiple data center developers and operators, acting as the client’s key contact person coordinating the multi-faceted aspects of data center developments ranging from negotiations with municipalities and private landowners to discussions with permitting authorities and other stakeholders, as well as advice on electricity market regulation, heat offtake agreements, and PPAs.
