Katja Perätalo Speaking at Alma Talent’s Seminar on Green Transition Construction Projects

Partner Katja Perätalo will be speaking at Alma Talent’s seminar on industrial procurement and construction related to green transition production plants (Vihreän siirtymän tuotantolaitoksen rakentaminen ja laitehankinnat), which takes place in Helsinki on 8 November 2024 and is organised by the Association of Finnish Lawyers.

Katja will be speaking about procurement and contracting strategy alternatives related to these types of investments from the perspective of interface management and risk allocation, including EPC-based projects, EPCM projects, and employer-driven contract strategies.
