Josefina Aalto and Pauliina Sutinen Speaking at Edita's Seminar on ESG in Financial Arrangements

Hannes Snellman's finance experts Counsel Josefina Aalto and Senior Associate Pauliina Sutinen will be speaking about green and sustainable loan instruments at an upcoming training seminar organised by Edita on 22 March 2024.

During their lecture, Josefina and Pauliina will be covering various aspects related to sustainable financing from a practical point of view, including an overview of the currently available green and sustainable loan instruments, how these instruments are reflected in the loan documentation, and certain specific features of green and sustainable bond documentation.

Josefina Aalto advises clients on all types of financing transactions, including acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance, as well as restructuring and refinancing. Josefina also has extensive experience in advising on energy and infrastructure related financing transactions with a particular focus on renewable energy. She is also a member of Hannes Snellman’s cross-practice ESG team.

Pauliina Sutinen advises clients on all types of financing transactions especially in relation to bank lending, acquisition financing, and bond issuances, as well as matters relating to general corporate, contract, and capital markets law. Pauliina also has expertise in payment services regulation and sustainable finance. She is also a member of Hannes Snellman’s cross-practice ESG team.
