Jan Lilius and Mikko Tavast Speaking at Finnish Insolvency Law Association’s Winter Seminar

Our restructuring and insolvency specialists Specialist Partner Jan Lilius and Senior Associate Mikko Tavast will be speaking at the Finnish Insolvency Law Association’s Winter Seminar in Tahko on 25 and 26 March 2022.

At the seminar, Jan and Mikko will share their experiences from acting as an interim restructuring administrator, based on a recent prolonged case that took place in 2020-2021. The role of an interim administrator is rare and involves specific legislation. The tasks of the interim administrator require skill, understanding, and experience.
