Caroline Sundberg as a Speaker at Institutet för Inforamtionsteknologi’s Conference “Sourcingdagarna “

Counsel Caroline Sundberg will be speaking at Sourcingdagarna on 20– 21 April. The conference is hosted by Institutet för Informationteknologi (IFI)  for the 11th consecutive year.

Caroline will speak about European Banking Authority’s new outsourcing guidelines and discuss, among other things, the following:

• A brief review of what is new in the guidelines and the most important principles.
• When should cloud services be regarded as outsourcing and how does that affect the content of an agreement?
• In practical terms, what are the most important parts to focus on when it comes to cloud service and outsourcing agreements?
• How can the guidelines be used as inspiration and guidance also by other businesses and authorities before outsourcing IT to external parties or into a cloud?
