Our Infrastructure Team is experienced in large infrastructure transactions as well as strategic regulatory advice. We have unique industry knowledge and offer qualified legal services for all stages of an infrastructure project. We have advised international and regional infrastructure funds, banks, utilities and construction companies, and public sector parties, including the Finnish Government and major Finnish cities, within the areas of transportation, energy, and digital and social infrastructure.

We have been involved in some of the largest infrastructure transactions in our home markets. These include nuclear power plants and some of the largest energy distribution deals, and we have also worked on practically all Finnish PPP projects.

Infrastructure practice is a part of our Real Assets service concept, a one stop shop for projects involving real assets. We are one of the largest teams in the Nordic market with a approximately 40-strong team of lawyers. Our Real Assets Practice forms a single practice, but it is divided into sub-teams which cover real estate, environment & natural resources, projects & construction, energy, and infrastructure. Our lawyers are experts in their own fields, but they constantly operate as part of a wider group and in a comprehensive project/transaction context to avoid a division into silos.
