They alleged that our client had abused a dominant position. All three private enforcement actions were successfully settled out of court.

Following proceedings that lasted more than four years – encompassing numerous requests for information, interviews and a statement of objections – the FCA closed the case without making any penalty payment proposal to the Market Court.
