Hannes Snellman Counsel to Vitec in Its Acquisition of Software Company Roidu Oy

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Vitec Software Group AB (publ) in its acquisition of the Finnish software company Roidu Oy. Roidu develops and delivers the patient, customer and employee experience survey tool MyRoidu, for the healthcare and social welfare sectors in Finland.
