Viivu advises clients on matters related to listed company and capital markets regulation as well as corporate governance, both in transactional contexts and in general regulatory compliance.
Viivu has several years of experience working as in-house lawyer at Sampo and Mandatum, specialising in various equity and debt transactions, insider trading regulations, securities market compliance, and corporate governance for publicly listed companies. Before her time as an in-house counsel, Viivu worked in Hannes Snellman’s Finance Team.
In addition to her legal education, Viivu holds a Master of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration.
