Thomas Landell
Thomas's practice focuses on corporate transactions ranging from private mergers and acquisitions to public M&A and capital markets. His experience includes cross-border work and domestic work, advising both Finnish and international private equity sponsors and industrial clients on a broad range of transactions, including buy-side and sell-side auction processes, co-investments, and add-ons as well as IPOs and public takeovers.
Prior to joining Hannes Snellman, Thomas worked five years as general counsel and member of the management team at one of the largest family offices in Finland, serving also on the board of several of its portfolio companies and helping build a significant portfolio of LP investments in various international private equity funds. In addition, Thomas has worked as partner at another major law firm in Finland as well as gained international experience working for a top-tier law firm in New York.
