Samuel Hardy

Associate

Samuel advises clients on all types of financial arrangements, with a particular focus on bank lending as well as real estate and acquisition financing. Samuel also provides advice on questions related to general corporate, contract, and commercial law.

Samuel joined Hannes Snellman as an associate in September 2024. Prior to joining the firm, Samuel was an associate at another law firm in Helsinki. Samuel holds an LL.M. degree from the University of Helsinki and an LL.M. degree in corporate law from UCL.
