Matias Temonen

Associate

Matias practices in the Dispute Resolution Group with a particular focus on international commercial and investment arbitration. He has experience in high-stakes construction and energy arbitration, including in the nuclear sector, governed by a variety of procedural and substantive laws under, for example, the FAI, ICC, LCIA, SCC, Swiss, and UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules.

Prior to joining Hannes Snellman, Matias worked with international commercial and investment arbitration at a leading international arbitration practice in Switzerland. In addition, he has served as deputy counsel at the Finland Arbitration Institute (FAI) and trained in disputes teams of other international business law firms.
