Maria Landtman
Maria heads the firm’s Real Assets & Projects and Construction practices. She also has an active role in our Energy and Infrastructure practices.
Maria specialises in complex projects particularly within the energy, infrastructure and commodities sectors, advising a wide range of actors in relation to e.g. the construction and operation of power plants and industrial facilities, the procurement of large industrial equipment and machinery, as well as the supply of commodities. Maria has extensive experience of project financed transactions.
Maria joined Hannes Snellman in 2017 from another leading Finnish law firm. She holds an LL.M. from University College London and worked on projects in the energy and commodities sectors at Clyde & Co LLP in London from 2006 to 2010.
Maria is an experienced, focused and committed adviser, and has a pragmatic way of seeing things. It is always a pleasure to work with her.
