Kristian Suominen

Kristian advises clients on all types of financial arrangements, with a particular focus on bank lending as well as acquisition and real estate financing. He also provides advice on questions related to general corporate, contract, and commercial law.

Kristian joined Hannes Snellman as a trainee in May 2024 and was appointed as an associate in September 2024. During his studies at the University of Turku, Kristian also spent a semester at the University of Vienna in Austria.
