Krista Alanen

Krista advises clients on all types of financial arrangements, with a focus on bank lending as well as real estate and acquisition financing. Moreover, she advises on questions regarding general corporate, contract, and commercial law.

Krista joined Hannes Snellman as an associate in September 2024. Prior to joining, Krista worked at a payment institution focused on financial technology. Further, Krista is currently pursuing a master's degree in accounting at Aalto University.
